Missouri Balance of State Continuum of Care 2009 Housing Inventory Charts
To determine the location of the agency you can look at the Geocode Column.  This Code refers to the county that the agency is providing those beds.  Once you have the Geocode you can reference it to HUD's List of Geocodes to determine the county the agency is located.

  Please make sure to use Version 2.2. This new form can also be accessed on the Forms page.

Effective 08/24/09
Please be advised that the ROSIE database has been revised to include a new Universal Data Field required by HUD.

The data field - - Housing Status-- displays on the Client Record.  It is to be completed at entry and exit from a homeless service program.

The Housing Status Tip Sheet is intended to assist staff in the completion of the Housing Status field. If you have any questions, please contact the ROSIE Help Desk at 1-800-536-6474.

A copy of the HMIS Computer Reuse and Disposal Policy is now available for downloadpdf.

The process for getting a new user enrolled to use the HMIS has changed. A document explaining the updated process is now available for downloadpdf.
